Overview

The eVOQ Corporate Account Portal (CAC) is a comprehensive digital platform designed for visa-service firms to seamlessly procure and manage Corporate Flexi Appointments (CFAs) at scale. Built as part of VFS Global's visa management ecosystem, this platform transforms the traditional appointment booking process into a streamlined, high-velocity workflow. The portal features a sophisticated wallet-plus-workflow command center where organizations can purchase CFA bundles in bulk, allocate appointments efficiently across their client base, and monitor the entire process through real-time dashboards with shared visibility.

The Challenge

Visa-service firms previously faced significant operational challenges with single-appointment booking processes that were labor-intensive, time-consuming, and difficult to scale. Organizations needed to book appointments one at a time, lacked visibility into their allocation status, struggled with managing appointments across multiple missions and centers, and had no centralized system to track usage and availability. The challenge was to create a platform that could handle bulk appointment procurement, provide real-time visibility, support complex organizational hierarchies, and integrate seamlessly with the existing VFS Global visa processing infrastructure.

The Solution

We developed a robust multi-tenant SaaS platform using Next.js 14 with App Router for optimal performance and Prisma ORM with Supabase for scalable data management. The platform implements a sophisticated wallet system where organizations can purchase CFA bundles and manage their appointment inventory. The workflow engine handles complex allocation rules, priority management, and automated distribution. Real-time dashboards provide comprehensive visibility into appointment usage, availability, and analytics. The system integrates with VFS Global's mission and VAC infrastructure to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and validation.
